what are you wearing this summer

Yes, I am aware that it is only March, but I have been seeing lots of snow on my Instagram feed and it’s making me miss summer so so much!! I wanted to see a little bit of sunshine, so I did a little research and found the predicted summer 2022 trends.

Research

When I did my research, I tried to keep an open mind. These predicted trends are just what other people think. If you don’t like any of these new trends, you don’t have to wear them.

First up, we have MINI MINI SKIRTS. We‘ve seen lots of mini mini skirts on the runway recently and now we will be seeing them this summer too! Mini mini skirts ALWAYS look really good on my long legged gals!

The next trend is MONOCHROMATIC looks! We all know that I LOVE a really good monochromatic look! This summer trend will be filled with bright colors and minimal jewelry!

Next is STRIPES! I don’t always love stripes but there are some fits that look really clean and professional! Stripes give you the opportunity to look taller and thinner!

Another 2022 summer trend would be SKIN! This trend was seen many times in the recent fashion weeks. Long dresses with cuts outs on the side and center showing lots of skin could be very popular.

The last trend we will look at today is LOW RISE PANTS. There are some people that absolutely love low rise pants and some people that hate them. I think that if you want to wear them, you will wear them well! Just be confident!

I wanted to add one little note about the contents of this blog. With a lot of these trends, you will be showing a lot of skin. I want you to know that you should only show the amount of skin you are comfortable with. You can always wear the latest trends, but change them in a way that makes you more confident!
